Blue Heron Woods in Pike County, PA is surrounded by State Game Lands and is located only 2 miles from Lake Wallenpaupack. Click on the pictures to the right for some more information.
The land is situated on a former hunting club. With lot sizes ranging from 2 to 14 acres, Blue Heron Woods is a beautiful and peaceful place to live.

Welcome to Blue Heron Woods
Blue Heron Woods has three separate entrances - two off of Route 6, and one off of Route 402.
The 3rd Largest Lake in Pennsylvania, it was formed in 1926 by building a hydroelectric dam. It sits near the Northern end of the Pocono Mountains and serves as a major recreation area. Photo:ClaussPhoto

Snowy Tafton Dike
The Tafton dike is a natural earthen dam constructed at the same time as the lake.
